Global Apostille can assist you with authenticating academic documents and transcripts from any U.S. school, college, or university.

If you intend to study or work abroad and also have completed high school, trade school, college, or university in the United States, the country that you are heading to may require that your US-issued academic records get authenticated by the school Registrar before the apostille is processed. If you need transcripts, they should be easily available from the academic establishment you attended. You should start by contacting the Registrar’s office of your school and let them know that you need an original or color copy of your school transcript to be signed and notarized.

Generally, the school will write a short letter, on school letterhead, stating that attached are the official school transcripts for this student. The letter is then physically signed by a school official in the presence of a notary public. An alternate method is to have a school official physically sign the actual transcripts in the presence of a notary public. If your school does not have a notary public, you need to bring a mobile notary public who will meet with the school official. The notary public must apply proper notarial laws of his/her State for the State office to authenticate your transcript, and include his signature, seal, and the exact date of notarization as required by statute. Most notaries are no experts in authenticating school transcripts or diplomas for foreign countries, so it’s best to trust the apostille process to professionals like us.

Once you have a copy of the certified transcript, mail it to our office together with other required forms and we will apply for the apostille for your academic records.
Remember that an apostille can only be issued on school transcripts requested for use in the country - member of the Hague Apostille Convention. If you are going to a country that is not a member of the Hague Treaty, your school transcripts need to have a certificate of authentication – a form of legalization through the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and legalization through the Embassy / Consulate office.

Obtaining apostille on school transcripts is a complex process and should always be handled by professionals only. Remember that trusting your important documents to incompetent persons who are unfamiliar with the specifics of each country, may lead you to lost money, and delays of your important business by weeks, or even months. Complicated matters must be handled by experts, and that’s why we recommend that you should let Global Apostille take care of obtaining your school transcripts apostille.

"When I was trying to get OCI Processing for my son done in India, I came to know that birth certificate Apostille should be submitted. I was not aware of such a thing. I was not sure whom to trust, I have sent emails to few agencies who said they will get it done. The one thing I really liked about Global Apostille is their prompt response and clear communication through emails."
