US Patent and Trademark Apostille

Do you require an apostille on a document issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)?

We can obtain apostille on documents issued by the US Patent and Trademark.  To get your Patent and Trademark document apostilled, you will need to mail its certified copy with the attached gold seal to our office. This document must bear the signature of the Certifying officer from the United States Department of Commerce.

We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or DHL to mail your certified documents to our office. Documents sent via the USPS can be delayed. The processing time by the U.S. Department is four business days and we do provide UPS/FedEx second day return shipping within the United States at no additional cost.

Obtaining an apostille can be intricate. Avoid leaving this task for inexperienced staff or non-professionals who are not fully aware of the complexities of the apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your application may be rejected, and you lose time and money. Make a better choice!

Our experts are available Monday through Friday from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Please call us at 1-770-447-0360 and we will answer all your questions and offer easy to follow detailed instructions.
