Embassy Legalization Services

In countries that are not members of the Hague Apostille Convention, which require apostille certificates, documents must undergo a different and more complex process known as authentication and legalization.  If a country requesting documents from you is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, these documents must be certified and legalized by the Embassy.   This process is called the Embassy legalization process.

If obtaining an apostille for your document is a one-step, uncomplicated process, legalizing a document through the Embassy is a more challenging task.  For example, to legalize an Arizona issued birth certificate for France, the birth certificate will need to be legalized through the State of Arizona, the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and then the Embassy of France.

Obtaining an apostille can be intricate. Avoid leaving this task for inexperienced staff or non-professionals who are not fully aware of the complexities of the apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your application may be rejected, and you lose time and money. Make a better choice!

Our experts are available Monday through Saturday from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Please call us at 1-770-447-0360 and we will answer all your questions and offer easy to follow detailed instructions.

"When I was trying to get OCI Processing for my son done in India, I came to know that birth certificate Apostille should be submitted. I was not aware of such a thing. I was not sure whom to trust, I have sent emails to few agencies who said they will get it done. The one thing I really liked about Global Apostille is their prompt response and clear communication through emails."
