Most countries accept State apostilles but there are roughly 70 countries that require documents to be certified and legalized by the U.S. Department of State and the Consulate or Embassy offices because they are not members of the Hague Convention.

Once your documents are received, they will be rushed to the appropriate state and federal offices for processing.
